What this site is

cloudwizz.com is the public marketing and information website for CloudWizz. It exists to describe our services, share our writing, and let prospects, applicants, and partners get in touch.

Content ownership

The text, design, illustrations, and code on this site are owned by CloudWizz unless otherwise indicated. Specifically:

• Marketing copy, blog posts, and case-study content are © CloudWizz.
• Open-source repositories we publish (linked from the Tools page) are released under the licenses stated in each repository — typically MIT or Apache 2.0. The license attached to each repo governs that repo, not these terms.
• Illustrations are sourced from unDraw under their open license, recolored to our brand.

You're welcome to quote and link to material on this site with attribution. Don't republish our content as your own or use our brand assets to imply endorsement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or attempt to break the site's security
• Use automated tools to scrape or republish content at scale
• Submit forms in ways designed to flood, mislead, or harass
• Use the site to transmit malware or unlawful content

Forms and submissions

If you submit a form (contact, eBook, job application), you confirm the information you provide is accurate and yours to share. We process submissions according to our Privacy Policy.

External links

This site links to external services (GitHub, LinkedIn, Clutch, Calendly, Plausible, the Terraform Registry, and others). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, or terms.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." We make no warranty that information on the site is complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Service descriptions are illustrative — actual scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed in writing as part of an engagement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudWizz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Canadian courts where CloudWizz is headquartered.
